Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully
before using the ALQANTAARA platform, website, or associated services (collectively,
the “Service” or “Platform”) operated by ALQANTAARA (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using ALQANTAARA, you affirm that you are at

received parental/guardian consent to use the Platform, and that you possess the

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ALQANTAARA is a career readiness platform designed to provide users with tools,
resources, assessments, mentorship connections, educational content, and structured
pathways to enhance professional skills and job search preparedness (“Services”).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform
or Services at any time without prior notice.

3. USER ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
– Account Creation: To access certain features, you must register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during
registration and keep your account details updated.
– Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for
all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ALQANTAARA
immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use
of your account.
– Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
that violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activity.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
– Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
– Upload, transmit, or distribute fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, offensive,
or harassing material.
– Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a
person or entity.
– Share or distribute platform course materials, proprietary content, or
assessments to third parties without prior written consent.
– Reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, scrape, or extract source code from the
Platform.
– Introduce viruses, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt or damage
the Service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
– Our Content: All content, features, branding, logos (“ALQANTAARA”), graphics,
user interface designs, proprietary algorithms, and software on the Platform
are the exclusive property of ALQANTAARA and its licensors. They are protected
by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
– Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal,
non-commercial professional development purposes.
– User Content: Any content, feedback, or materials you upload or submit to
the Platform remain your property. However, by submitting content, you grant
ALQANTAARA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display
such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

6. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
– Pricing & Billing: Certain features or mentorship programs may require payment.
Prices and accepted payment methods are displayed on the Platform. You agree to
pay all charges incurred under your account.
– Refund Policy: Purchases, subscriptions, or fees paid for modules and services
are subject to ALQANTAARA’s Refund Policy as specified at the point of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once content or
services have been accessed.

7. CAREER DISCLAIMER & EDUCATIONAL GUARANTEE
– ALQANTAARA provides tools and guidance designed to assist users in their
professional development. However, ALQANTAARA DOES NOT GUARANTEE job placement,
employment offers, salary levels, or specific interview outcomes as a result
of using the Platform.
– Educational materials and mentorship recommendations are provided for
informational purposes only.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources
(such as external job boards, assessment tools, or payment gateways) that are
not owned or controlled by ALQANTAARA. We assume no responsibility for the
content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
– ALQANTAARA and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or career opportunities, resulting
from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or
expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms
or your misuse of the Platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding
arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of
material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date or through in-app notifications.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance
of the modified Terms.
